Buying a car is so much better when you have a good and decent sales person. I just purchased a used vehicle from AutoNation Subaru in Roseville. I was contacted by Angela Tiv and made an appointment to see the vehicle. She has it set and waiting for me. She even sent a nice picture of it. She showed me the vehicle. She wasn't pushy but was knowledgeable. The process was smooth. She took care of all the details and was very thoughtful and thorough. She even helped drive my old car back to my home 90 miles away which saved a ton of hassle. The dealership from what I saw in the paperwork really went out of their way to make sure the car was reconditioned prior to sale.

When there was a service issue that arose on the date of sale, they took care of the problem at no charge, and even topped off the tank to make the inconvenience worth our while. We actually felt that the friendly interactions were genuine and not just business as usual, every step of the way. Next time we need a car, we will start at Roseville Subaru.
